Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Austria.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment,
unless otherwise stated for a specific edition.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service used.

Estimated delivery times:
– Austria: 2–5 business days
– European Union: 5–10 business days
– International: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price unless stated otherwise.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes,
or local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Elyzair is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or
external shipping service providers.
